Data On Demand is a data marketplace. If your personal information is in a dataset we offer, you have the right to control how it is used. Use this page to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, or to request that we delete it from our catalog. These requests are free.
What each request does
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We stop including your information in datasets we sell or share with buyers. We complete valid requests within 45 days.
Delete My Personal Information. We remove your information from our active catalog and direct our upstream data sources to do the same, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.
Access or Correct. You can ask what we hold about you and correct anything that is wrong.
Submit a request
Fill in the form and we open a pre-addressed email to our privacy team. Send it and we action the request and confirm by reply. You can also write to us directly at support@dataondemand.io.
Authorized agents
If you are submitting on someone else's behalf, include proof you are authorized to act for them. We may verify identity before actioning a request.
Does opting out stop all use of my data?
Opting out stops our sale and sharing of your information. It does not affect data we are required to keep for legal, security, or audit reasons, and it does not reach records a buyer already lawfully obtained before your request. If you want a record removed everywhere, choose Delete.
